My Two Cents

I was expecting the the decision in favor of Webb et. al. Alfaro was not a credible witness for me, her 'credibility' as a witness was too much publicized, even made into a movie..

At the end of the day, proof beyond reasonable doubt has always been equivalent to moral certainty which in this case was not present.

The rationale according to a known legal mind of Proof beyond reasonable doubt is that "it is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer."
